Listen with your Heart

Dear one, to develop your inner listening skills, your heart needs to be totally open and free of judgment.
Concentrate first and foremost on the hidden meaning of the words you hear in every conversation. The head always has the tendency to jump into the fray of a discussion, but it is far wiser to discern the hidden meanings. In doing so, you may well discover unspoken fears, grief and sorrows, for which you may offer a word of wisdom.
When spoken at the right moment, your words may cut through the outer veneer of bravado and loudness, and, perchance these words will lodge like little nuggets in the thirsting heart of another.
Always remember that the human heart is a very delicate instrument and easily wounded. Thoughtless words and actions can roll down the ages, to later manifest themselves as all sorts of mental, emotional, and physical illnesses.
As I told you before: “Thoughts held in mind, produce after their kind”, and “As above, so below”, as well as “What a man or woman sows, he or she also reaps”. This is the immutable Law of cause and effect. What goes up must come down.
This, My beloved, I desire for you to integrate, so you will grow more conscious and aware as to how you think, how you live, and how you speak.
You can only cultivate present-centered awareness through the practice of self-discipline, and by becoming more thoughtful about the feelings of others, even though their outward speech and actions tell you otherwise.
Each human heart is so delicate, and can so easily be broken. The world abounds with broken hearts, which can only be healed when Silence is cultivated, and the Peace and Rest of the Eternal God is experienced, as each heart discovers for itself, that, yes, it, too, is beloved of the Father in heaven.

Pray for more Love

In Love Lies Abundant Healing.
A Thought Adjuster Speaks – 164 – January 6, 2004.
Dear one, no path is too difficult to walk when Love reigns in your heart. When anger, resentment and other harmful and poisonous thoughts reign, or when they creep back in, turn those out at once, for they perpetuate bad habits and clutter the heart with negativity.
I have told you before that the heart is the real mind of the body, and that the brain is merely the computer, albeit a very important piece of complicated machinery. Yet it only acts on the thoughts held in the heart/mind, which produce after their kind.
Furthermore, the heart is the main engine in the body and therefore a most elegant and delicate instrument, and anything that clutters this amazing life-giving force, which is ultimately powered by Spirit-Energy, is harmful.
It is very unkind and unjust to have less than positive and loving thoughts ‘greasing’ the heart, so to speak.
Love is the true Key, which feeds and heals the heart, and makes it beat at its greatest efficiency. See to it that you use self-discipline in controlling and perfecting your thoughts.
Yes, I know that many a heart has suffered and is suffering grief from either the loss of a loved one, or unkind and harsh words from others. A heart can feel demoralized through the actions of others. Also, the owner’s stubbornness, and negative thinking can harm the heart.
Dear one, remember that the heart does not attack, the owner does. Also, one needs to take the genetic make-up and lifestyle into consideration.
Remember always, that Love heals a heart faster than any chemical medicine. Emotions play a huge role, and need to be looked at and taken care of.
In Love lies abundant healing.
Pray for more love, for self and others.

Less than a Mote

Think on This ...

For the entity, as each soul, is a portion of the whole. Thus, though a soul may be as but a speck upon the earth's environs, and the earth in turn much less than a mote in the universe, if the spirit of man is so attuned to the Infinite, the music of harmony becomes as the divine love that makes for the awareness in the experience of the Creative Forces working with self for the knowledge of the associations with same.

And To Delight A Little More.
A Thought Adjuster Speaks – 160 – January 2, 2004.
Dear one, open your heart and soul and mind for the warmth of the sunrays of the Creator. In the Spirit world we all work together as One, as the Will of the One is being manifested in the many. We are all expressions of this One Will.
And I, as your Indweller, entice you each day anew to do the Will of the One.
And learn each day to trust a little more, to love a little more, to hope a little more and to delight a little more.
This will increase your soul-peace, as each day you learn to reach out yet more to others, who might benefit by a smile, a word of encouragement, or a friendly gesture. Build yourself a service-oriented character, a willingness to help others, without thoughts of recompense.
The Eternal Creator sees all, knows all, and even sees the intent of the human heart before it even registers as a thought-action in the mind.
To do the Will of God is a road to self-fulfillment and happiness beyond your present imagination. The Will of God is the way of Love, with a purity and sincerity of heart.
The only requisite is that your will is freely and joyfully given to God, not grudgingly and out of fear of punishment.
Doing the Will of God, joyfully and thankfully, banishes all fear, and a freedom ensues, which I would have you experience while yet in the flesh. For this is the aim and secret of a God-led life: To live in Joy and the sure knowledge of Life everlasting.
This is My desire for you, that you get to know Me better and trust Me more, as I am your Companion along the way.

No More Judging

Dear one, be very gentle and loving with your self. Each time you enter the holy of holies inside your heart, you leave another aspect of your low self-esteem outside, to be replaced by My Peace and soul-rest. This is a subtle transformation.
I entice you towards greater progress, and leaving behind the worn out modes of thinking and of judgment about yourself and others. Let us be practical in this training for elevating your thought processes onto a more spiritually useful level.
The past has become redundant. Leave your mistakes and disappointments behind. Only retain the lessons you have learned from them, and the blessings you have experienced.
Count those blessings, and let them warm your heart on the rainy and windy days of troubles and disappointments, which will begin to lose their strength and importance the more often you come to Me, and feel My Comforting Presence within you.
From this calm Center, you shall go forth into your daily life to be a comforting presence to others, because you are learning to drink from the well of Living Waters, the Source that dwells within and yearns to become totally accessible to you.
Only you can block My positive stream through and by a negative attitude, falling back into the old redundant pattern of fault finding and judgment.
Become increasingly more aware of your thoughts, of how you think, and what you think, and even the simple reason why you think in certain ways.
Banish any and all negative thoughts at once, so there will be more room for positive thought. I teach you the way of conscious living.
So come. So rest. So learn.

The Way of the Universe

Divine Mother: “Beautiful child! So young and tender. You are birthed in my womb of love—I am your home now. Settle into me and allow yourself to grow. You will have new things added to you as your focus your thoughts on Me. This is Nebadonia, your Mother, and you have heard the sound of my voice within calling to you.
“When you are awakened in spirit, you begin to recognize that you draw the ideas, people, and situations to you that give you insights. Use them to explore and create something that feels good to you. The power of love supports you in this direction. View within and create your internal visions as your Inner Spirit shares its desires with you. Relax and let go. Fully enjoy yourself in being a young child of Spirit exploring and adventuring in my universe.
“Your brothers and sisters are here to help you. Get to know them, for they are your guides, companions and friends. My heavenly helpers are here to take your hands and show you the way. The way of love, the way of peace, the way of hope, and the way of the universe. Come and learn, play and grow with us!”

The gift

There are lots of different names for the “Gift” that the Creator of All has bestowed upon the mortal races. Thought Adjuster is just one of them. Other names are Spirit Self, the Voice Within, and Pilot Light to name a few. Many people are unaware of these indefatigable Workers that are with us at all times, or certainly most of the time. Relatively few people understand Their function, and even fewer know where They hail from, and that They actually need some form of training to function well in the time/space realms. Countless individuals believe they may well have a soul, but they are unaware of the fact that their soul would not be able to progress in this life without that additional Gift from the Creator of All That Is.

1111

The processes of channeling, and out-of-body experiences, requires for one to have an Advanced, or perhaps even a Supreme Adjuster, not a brand new, less experienced, or Virgin Adjuster. It is the Adjuster who “calls the shots” in communication. He or She (so addressed depending on the human gender, since he, or she, supplies the Personality, while the Adjuster supplies the Identity), needs to “disengage” in some way, to allow for Midwayers’ mind-to-mind communication to the human speech centers, located in the left cerebral hemisphere.
Therefore, it stands to reason that those who are regular recipients of the 11:11 time prompts do have Advanced, or even Supreme Adjusters.
That seems to be a logical deduction.

The Human Radio Review

by Joseph Sadony
WHAT’S “IN THE AIR”, from June 1934’s The Whisper—Vancourier to the Voice

We all possess a “human radio” as part of the marvelous organic equipment with which we have been endowed by the Creator; we possess it whether we know it or not, and whether we believe it or not. All of us use it in some degree, knowingly or unknowingly. It is a tragedy that men who could most benefit the world by its use, throw a monkey-wrench into their own machinery and have throughout history made it as difficult as possible for the most highly developed human radios to function without being stoned to death or thrown into a madhouse.

Ordinary radios have their own territory of reception, and amplify, at the will of their owners, any program being broadcasted at the time within those limits. To know what’s “on the air,” one need but to consult the various radio reviews, or the radio section of the daily paper. These assist one in tuning in to programs which otherwise he would never know were on the air unless he spent his entire time at the radio manipulating it from one end of the dial to the other, hearing only fragments of each program. But inasmuch as these programs have been designed and are being executed knowingly by men, their intentions can be scheduled and announced.

With the human radio, however, man can only listen in to what he is able to catch. All of Nature broadcasts continuously and permanently, retaining all history in her memory, and man, though its crowning blossom on earth, and the hands by means of which she may serve herself, is after all but a part of the Whole. He is the divine child that sprang from the union of the Creative Spirit that we call God with the body of material things that we call Nature. In this cocoon of mortal flesh a human soul is born, and man, seeing only the flesh, thinks that the birth of the soul is the end of all when it casts off its chrysalis, the human body, whose only purpose is as the shroud of incubation that insulates and preserves the individualized spec of Life until its transformation from a worm to a butterfly is complete.

Until then its wings cannot be used, but they are developing though unseen. And what would be the result if the butterfly refused to develop its wings because it could find no use for them in its cocoon? And it is thus with unseen, neglected faculties of the human mind, without which we would be as helpless after death as a butterfly without wings—faculties which have puzzled science because of the little practical use for them in this life as we know it. There is little real use, it seems, in the toys of children, but it is the children who play as if the world depended upon it with toys, who later wield tools and weapons as masters of men.

So if one cannot put it to definite, practical use at once, still it would behoove him to “play” with the human radio, developing his Intuition, Imagination and Memory into the powerful wings of freedom for the human soul which they are destined to be. But instead of “playing” with it, the “Game of Life,” man suffers with it, accepting conditions and “programs” without any effort to change them or get something better.

The air is full of programs for the human radio who will only tune in to them. For years I tuned my “dial’ from end to end to run the gamut of its possibilities, accepting griefs and joys alike, but now I tune in to well-tested programs upon which long experience has taught me I can depend for normal thinking and stability at the Fulcrum of life.

There is something lacking in the newspapers of today, something which in small measure I have been quietly trying to supply: a “Human Radio Review,” as it were, broadcasting a few fragments of what I have found, and continue to find “in the air,” a willing entertainer, comforter, helper or tantalizer of man, according to the adjustment of this own mechanism. He can become a wise man or a fool, a madman or a genius; the intricacies of all knowledge are at his disposal, or the simplicity of Wisdom, just as he desires or thinks.

To help others develop, perfect, adjust and atune their human radios is one of the main objects of my life. And in this connection, as time passes, I shall develop a “service” which might fittingly be called “The Human Radio(P)review”—calling attention to what’s “in the air” for the human radio that cares to listen, and making suggestions to help the readers tune out of uncomfortable programs into more beneficial ones aligned with human progress.

You may rest assured that the air is not completely filled with “sermons.” There is plenty of humor and entertainment, plenty of music to lift the soul above material clouds, or plunge it into the primitive earth. There is the breathtaking panorama of History, not as it is written, but as it was, and still is, in Nature’s all-seeing Memory. And there are the whispers and shadows of a limitless future offering us our choice of what it and we shall be.

THE BELIEVING MIND

Excerpt from Inscribed on the Believing Mind:

The Great Way is not difficult for those who have no
preferences.
When love and hate are both absent everything becomes clear
and undisguised.
Make the smallest distinction, however, and heaven and earth
are set infinitely apart.
If you wish to see the truth then hold no opinions for or
against anything.
To set up what you like against what you dislike is the
disease of the mind.
When the deep meaning of things is not understood the mind's
essential peace is disturbed to no avail.
The Way is perfect like vast space when nothing is lacking
and nothing is in excess.
Indeed, it is due to our choosing to accept or reject that
we do not see the true nature of things.
Live neither in the entanglements of outer things nor in
inner feelings of emptiness.
Be serene in the oneness of things and such erroneous views
will disappear by themselves.

learn to listen

Think on This ...

Depend more upon the intuitive forces from within and not harken so much to that of outside influences--but learn to listen to that still small voice from within, remembering as the lesson as was given, not in the storm, the lightning, nor in any of the loud noises as are made to attract man, but rather in the still small voice from within does the impelling influence come to life in an individual that gives for that which must be the basis of human endeavor; for without the ability to constantly hold before self the ideal as is attempted to be accomplished, man becomes one as adrift, pulled hither and yon by the various calls and cries of those who would give of this world's pleasure in fame, fortune, or what not. Let these be the outcome of a life spent in listening to the divine from within, and not the purpose of the life.

Heat And Light

It is interesting but unfortunate that light and heat are so mistaken. What we think is a knowing light is but a stifling heat. The friction of actionproduces a heat we take as accomplishmentAnd the more we accomplish the hotter we get.The heat is but the internal workings of image and obsession;the frantic pursuit of the goldwe dangle in front of our eyes. Why is it that when we burn outwe seek to renew the heatand never think to seek shade? There is another life waiting in the cool, listless shade.A life where accomplishment consists of nothing but staying cool. All that glitters is not gold.Much of it is the heat that we believe is light.Forget about regulating the heat;Life flows in the cool, clear pasture of solitude.

Cloud of Illusion

"We live in a cloud of illusions and rarely realize that we are spinning this web of fiction for all the hours and days of our lives, unless we are fortunate or unfortunate enough to die slowly. Perhaps slow death may be the only moments of reality for the total life of many earthlings. Because the dying person is forced to face the fact that he is about to become zero."

Love

Love
Common love is an illusion,It wants us to possess that which gives us pleasure,It tells us to pursue the object of our desire,It does not see beyond itself.True love has no object, no goal:It is just love. The love where there is no "me"and "you" is the rest of humanity.Love that is not borne of selfTouches everything and yet nothing in particular. This all-encompassing loveFrees us from the confines of self.Once set free we can travel,Protected from the harshness of lifeCarried along on the wings of loveWe consume ourselves in its wondrous flame.

Cleaning House

I asked the Lord to tell me Why my house is such a mess. He asked if I'd been 'computering', And I had to answer "yes." He told me to get off my fanny And tidy up the house. And so I started cleaning up... The smudges off my mouse. I wiped and shined the topside. That really did the trick... I was just admiring my work... I didn't mean to 'click.' But click, I did, and oops I found A real absorbing site That I got SO way into... I was into it all night.<> Nothing's changed except my mouse It's very, very shiny. I guess my house will stay a mess... While I sit here on my hiney.

Realize Truth

For a seeker who really wants to realize Truth, it is important to develop will-power and have self-control. Self-control is considered to be the very core of the vedantic discipline. Without it no progress is possible in spiritual life, nor any success in meditation. According to Shankara, self-control means the development of will-power and also the strengthening of the buddhi, or the determinative faculty, which controls all the sense organs. This helps the seeker to direct his energy and time towards his goal. There will be more than plenty of times when doubts about your goal will arise and you'll want to give it all up in pursuit of immediate pleasure and happiness. One may find himself falling and rising again. Sometimes there is a danger of getting in the habit of falling. Each time you decide this will not happen again and yet when you get hit by these particular winds, you find yourself repeating the same pattern. Self-observation helps us to see through our patterns and gives us some distance. It also helps in understanding the nature of our obstacle and how to get to its source. When we get a real perspective on our obstacle, we can feel free to act in whichever way we want.
For a seeker on a path of Self-inquiry, any obstacle is an opportunity to get close to its source. Finally you may find that source of All is That.

The Little Man in Me

The Little Man
by
Bob Fergeson
From early morning coffee
to late night herbal tea,
We lived for near forever,
the Little Man and me.
When first I came to travel
in this classroom wide and grand,
I knew nothing of the coming
of this lonely Little Man.
But parents, teachers, doctors,
the whole damn Helping Herd,
Soon created him inside me,
As their ancestors had insured.
He has no real existence,
None that I can see.
But could and should and would!
Screamed the Little Man in me.
Soon I hid myself in pride,
Found that fear blocked every door.
I was now what I despised!
Just as those that'd gone before.
The hypnosis worked it's magic,
No peace had I, no stand.
Just a mis-identification,
I became the Little Man.
I took him for a person,
Hell, I thought that he was me!
He sure could be convincing,
that Little Man in me.
Then one day it happened,
I know not really why,
I looked out there below me
From some Great Eternal Sky.
He didn't even notice,
So busy as a bee,
He just kept right on sleeping, but
that Little Man ain't me!
One day looking in the mirror,
From my bed as I did stand,
I receded back behind him,
that sleeping Little Man.
He didn't even notice,
Just a grain lost in the sand,
He can't look back and see me,
that lonely Little Man.
I watch him and his pattern,
How he blends right in so well,
That his life and his surroundings
are no different from himself.
He has no greater vision,
Desire and fear are all he sees.
An actor in the TV,
that Little Man in me.
It's a sad but true short story,
I cry a tear, and so does he,
He won't survive, he lives to die,
the Little Man in me.

Encouragement Works

ENCOURAGEMENT WORKS
At one point during a game, the coach said to one of his young
players, "Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?" The
little boy nodded yes.
"Do you understand that what matters is whether we win together as a
team?" The little boy nodded yes.
"So," the coach continued, "when a strike is called, or you are out at
first, you don't argue or curse or attack the umpire. Do you
understand all that?" Again, the boy nodded yes.
"Good," said the coach. "Now go over there and explain it to your
mother."
What the coach wanted the boy's mother to understand is that
encouragement is vital to success. Encouragement builds teams and also
builds esteem. Encouragement works. In fact, the right kind of
encouragement, at the right time, can change a life.
Author Ron Dunn tells the story of two altar boys. One was born in
1892 in Eastern Europe. The other was born just three years later in a
small town in Illinois (USA). Though their lives were quite different,
these two boys shared a similar experience.
Each altar boy assisted his parish priest in the celebration of Mass.
While handling the chalice during Holy Eucharist, they both
accidentally spilled some of the wine on the carpet.
But this is where their stories diverge. The priest in the Eastern
European church, seeing the purple stain, slapped the altar boy across
the face and shouted, "Clumsy oaf! Leave the altar." He did. The
little boy grew up to become the atheist and communist dictator of
Yugoslavia, Josip Broz Tito.
The priest in the church in Illinois, upon seeing the wine stain,
knelt down beside the boy and looked him tenderly in the eyes and
said, "It's all right, son. You'll do better next time. You'll be a
fine priest for God someday." That little boy grew up to become the
much loved Bishop Fulton J. Sheen.
We will never know how much a kind and encouraging word from the
priest, or the lack of one, influenced these boys' lives. But kindness
and instruction are always far more valuable than anger and criticism.
Encouragement works.

A little more patience

As has been indicated, a little more patient, a little more tolerant, a little more humble. But . . .not a tolerance that becomes timid--this would make rebellion in self. Not a patience that is not positive. Not an humbleness that becomes morbid or lacking in beauty. For as orderliness is a part of thy being, so let consistency--as persistency--be a part of thy being.

old folks

Senior citizens are constantly being criticized for every conceivable deficiently of the modern world, or imaginary. We now take responsibility for all we have done and do not blame others. But, upon reflection, we “OLD FARTS” would like to point out that it was NOT the senior citizens who took the melody out of music. The pride out of appearance. The romance out of love. The commitment out of marriage. The responsibility out of parenthood. The togetherness out of the family. The learning out of education. The service out of patriotism. The religion out of school. The golden rule from the rulers. The nativity scene out of cities. The civility out of behavior. The refinement out of language. The dedication out of employment. The prudence out of spending. OR, the ambition out of achievement. AND certainly are NOT the ones who eliminated patience and tolerance from personal relationships and interactions with others. Does anyone under the age of forty know the lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner? Just look at the Seniors with tears in their eyes and pride in their hearts as they stand at attention with their hand over their hearts! Then look at the young’uns chewing gum, looking around and acting as though their time is being wasted. REMEMBER….Inside every older person is a younger person wondering what the hell happened to America!

may not always take notice. Whether or not we see the hand of
providence in coincidence, life teems with the remarkable.

surprised. Learn to notice what others do not see, and what you see
will amaze.

Intent,Awareness,and Energy

The Intent of this intelligent universe in which we live, is to form the most evolutionary bodies, minds and souls. As we pursue greater personal enlightenment, we are also fulfilling universal goals. This means that the attainment of greater self mastery is more than just a personal practice. It is actually a global process, which has motivated evolution since before the beginnings of Earthly life. It is the Intent of God/Nature that evolution take place, in as many beings as possible, and to as high a degree as possible. Meditation reveals that the essence of evolution is found in the expansion of consciousness, and that we are all as cells within a greater body of Intent, Awareness and Energy. Self realization is in fact the realization of consciousness, which is in turn of benefit to all things in their inter-connectedness. Even That which is called God gains benefit from this process.

How did this get started?...-----------------
Let's see,I think it started when Madeline Murray O'Hare complainedshe didn't want any prayer in our schools. And we said, OK..------------------Then, someone said you better not read the Bible in school, the Bible that says "thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbors as yourself,"And we said, OK... - -------------- --Dr. Benjamin Spock saidwe shouldn't spank our childrenwhen they misbehavedbecause their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem.And we said,an expert should know what he's talking aboutso we won't spank them anymore..------------------Then someone saidteachers and principals better notdiscipline our children when they misbehaveAnd the school administrators saidno faculty member in this schoolbetter touch a student when they misbehavebecause we don't want any bad publicity, and we surely don't want to be sued. And we accepted their reasoning...------------------Then some wise school board member said, since boys will be boys and they're going to do it anyway, let's give our sons all the condoms they want, so they can have all the fun they desire, and we won't have to tell their parents they got them at school. And we said, that's another great idea...------------------Then some of our top elected officials saidit doesn't matter what we do in private as long as we do our jobs. And we said,it doesn't matter what anybody, including the President, does in private as long as we have jobs and the economy is good.... ------------------And someone else took that appreciation a step furtherand published pictures of nude childrenand then stepped further still bymaking them available on the Internet. And we said, everyone's entitled to free speech....------------------And the entertainment industry said, let's make TV shows and movies that promote profanity, violence and illicit sex...And let's record music that encourages rape, drugs, murder, suicide, and satanic themes...And we said,it's just entertainmentand it has no adverse effect and nobody takes it seriously anyway,so go right ahead.------------------Now we're asking ourselveswhy our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, classmates or even themselves.------------------Undoubtedly, if we thought about it long and hard enough,we could figure it out.I'm sure it has a great deal to do with..."WE REAP WHAT WE SOW,"

Your Foremost Resource

Our first and foremost resource as human beings is not lumber, coal, stone, solar energy, liquid fuels, seeds or even land. Our foremost resource is ourselves. Any tool is only as useful as the hand or spirit that wields it. The first priority in life must therefore always be the refinement of the tool user, not the tools themselves. From our own inner capability do these materials find utility and fashioning for the sake of building community. This means that in order to successfully build an infrastructure, we must first refine ourselves. The capability of our minds is genius, the strength of our bodies is enduring and the potential wisdom of our souls, born of cosmic purpose, is limitless. It is from this soil well prepared, that the most progressive communities must sprout. These are the basic nutrients of community excellence, (not to mention the source of our survival as a species) whose fruits shall be the sweetest and most nutritious of all, for everyone concerned. These fruits spring from the rich soil of truth.

Intent

Intent is a body-wide consideration. When we coordinate the feeling/intent elements throughout the body as a harmonious whole, our personal power is greatly increased. Using these feelings as a guide or feedback device, intent can be shifted in any part of the body, both temporarily and permanently. For instance if there is chronic fear in the area of the heart of a person, this knowledge of intent allows them an opportunity to change this condition at will. To do this they would need to focus on the fear in the heart, and INTEND that feeling to be elevated, ultimately to one of love, for instance. Such a transformation is well within the power of any person to implement, and is a step along the way to the Mastery of Intent.

The Awakening

The Awakening A time comes in your life when you finally get it...when, in the midst of all your fears and insanity, you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out...ENOUGH! Enough fighting and crying and blaming and struggling to hold on. Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to look at the world through new eyes. This is your awakening. You realize it's time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to magically appear over the next horizon. You realize that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings, and that any guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin with you... and in the process a sense of serenity is born of acceptance. You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are... and that's OK. They are entitled to their own views and opinions. You learn the importance of loving and championing yourself... and in the process a sense of new found confidence is born of self-approval. You stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you - or didn't do for you - and you learn that the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected. You learn that people don't always say what they mean or mean what they say and that not everyone will always be there for you and that everything isn't always about you. So, you learn to stand on your own and to take care of yourself... and in the process a sense of safety and security is born of self-reliance. You stop judging and pointing fingers and you begin to accept people as they are and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties... and in the process a sense of peace and contentment is born of forgiveness. You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. You begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for. You learn the difference between wanting and needing and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you've outgrown, or should never have bought into to begin with. ou learn that there is power and glory in creating and contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a "consumer" looking for your next fix. You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a bygone era, but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life. You learn that you don't know everything, it's not your job to save the world and that you can't teach a pig to sing. You learn that the only cross to bear is the one you choose to carry and that martyrs get burned at the stake. Then you learn about love. You learn to look at relationships as they really are and not as you would have them be. You learn that alone does not mean lonely. You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes. You learn to distinguish between guilt and responsibility and the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say NO. You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs. You learn that your body really is your temple. You begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin to eat a balanced diet, drink more water, and take more time to exercise. You learn that being tired fuels doubt, fear, and uncertainty and so you take more time to rest. And, just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul. So you take more time to laugh and to play. You learn that, for the most part, you get in life what you believe you deserve, and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for and that wishing for something to happen is different than working toward making it happen. More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance. You also learn that no one can do it all alone, and that it's OK to risk asking for help. You learn the only thing you must truly fear is fear itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears because you know that whatever happens you can handle it and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your own terms. You learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom. You learn that life isn't always fair, you don't always get what you think you deserve and that sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people... and you learn not to always take it personally. You learn that nobody's punishing you and everything isn't always somebody's fault. It's just life happening. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls. You learn that negative feelings such as anger, envy and resentment must be understood and redirected or they will suffocate the life out of you and poison the universe that surrounds you. You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted, things that millions of people upon the earth can only dream about: a full refrigerator, clean running water, a soft warm bed, a long hot shower. Then, you begin to take responsibility for yourself by yourself and you make yourself a promise to never betray yourself and to never, ever settle for less than your heart's desire. You make it a point to keep smiling, to keep trusting, and to stay open to every wonderful possibility. You hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind. Finally, with courage in your heart, you take a stand, you take a deep breath, and you begin to design the life you want to live as best you can.

Stone love

Stone love -- she kneels before the grave
A brave son -- who gave his life to save the slogan
That hovers 'tween the headstone and her eyes
For they penetrate her grieving
New love -- a boy and girl are talking
New words -- that only they can share in
New words -- a love so strong it tears their hearts
To sleep -- through the fleeting hours of morning
Love is careless in its choosing -- sweeping over cross a baby
Love descends on those defenseless
Idiot love will spark the fusion
Inspirations have I none -- just to touch the flaming dove
All I have is my love of love -- and love is not loving
Soul love -- the priest that tastes the word and
Told of love -- and how my God on high is
All love -- though reaching up my loneliness evolves
By the blindness that surrounds him

Cosmic Order

The progressive understanding of cosmic order and one’s current relationship with that order, brings satisfaction for which there is no substitute. The embodiment of universal knowledge is so fulfilling that it causes those who achieve it to deliver the message of Truth to the world. Self knowledge brings about the realization that the world would be completely transformed by embracing consciousness as its guiding motivation. This the Master understands, and so must we in order to save our species from the brink of its own self-destruction.

We are not seperate of Nature

The source of natural wisdom from which we may draw, is from the same deep ocean that has carried the great Seers, visionaries, inventors and spiritual Masters of all time to their Earthly fruition. That source is none other than the consciousness itself which we already ARE, as well as the consciousness which the universe already IS. That wisdom tells those who would listen, that we are NOT separate from nature, we are a self-aware extension of it. It also tells us that there are no such thing as "separate issues" such as politics, social inequality, war or environmental issues that require "separate treatment". On the contrary, ALL ISSUES ARE SPIRITUAL CONCERNS, and it is upon this Cosmic Foundation that all other consideration are inherently built. We must address this foundation with competence, in order to address the human condition with any hope of success. We are consciousness raised up past a certain evolutionary degree, which can now KNOW ITSELF. In essence, we are matter that is animated by spirit, and not just a random collection of atoms. It is this human, evolutionary arrangement of matter, awareness, energy and intent, which accounts for our extraordinary abilities as Homo Sapiens. Having gone further than the animal not so much in form, but in the capacity for self awareness and self change, the human evolutionary course is ours to guide. Yet we cannot access our extraordinary and inherent abilities of genius and great wisdom, unless we realize that there is such a thing as Truth, and a purpose for life far beyond consumerism, militarism, nationalism and materialism.

Be in Harmony

What do you expect
The more enlightened we are about our future and what to expect, the more we will be able to be in harmony as these things happen. We are children of the one Creator and as such we have opportunities to witness one of the greatest changes this planet has seen. Remember we are eternal. Nothing can harm us. If we do leave our physical bodies we only make the transition, we do not die. Love is eternal. Only love can be taken with us. We can never lose that which we never had in the first place. We are literally "embodiments of love". If we become enlightened through understanding and compassion, before we make this transition, we have served our life's purpose. We will have begun to see the changes which will herald our new world!

Mind is the builder

Think on This ...For mind is the builder and that which we think upon may become crimes or miracles. For thoughts are things and as their currents run through the environs of an entity's experience these become barriers or steppingstones, dependent upon the manner in which these are laid as it were. For as the mental dwells upon these thoughts, so does it give strength, power to things that do not appear. And thus does indeed there become that as is so oft given, that faith is the evidence of things not seen.

For the very fact that ye find yourself conscious of being alive, of being capable of suffering disappointments, capable of being aware of missing something within thine own experience in the present--disappointed in people, disillusioned with your own family--should make you aware that God is mindful of thee and that thou hast forgotten God. Then in thy spiritual life, in thy spiritual purpose lies the answer in thy problems, physical, mental, material, spiritual. For when ye have set thine own house in order, regardless of what others may say, begin to read first the 19th of Exodus and the 5th verse, and see in whom ye may trust, where thy mind and thy soul may find rest. Consider what spirit, what purpose, what desire must occupy thy mind.

The Ascension Realisation

The Ascension Realisation The ascension realisation is about the upliftment of the individual and the planet as a whole. The Earth requires to move to a new vibration, as does the human race. This new vibration is one of love. This love has no limits or no boundaries, it is unconditional love, it is given freely and accepted freely with no strings attached. What we find ourselves in at the moment is the transition period between two destinations. As said we are on the move to a new vibration but there is baggage in this present reality that is no longer useful in the new one we are creating hence we are letting go. The old ways are crumbling and the new is just finding its feet. The structures of power are changing. To the undeveloped eye it may seem that nothing is afoot yet the rumblings and quakes have already begun. The people and this Earth are truly operating as One being...we all take birth from the One source...there is no separation in the act of creation. As we transform our lives the Earth transforms hers and as she exorcises her ghosts she gives us the opportunity to do so also. The ascension is about taking your power back and using it for the good of the whole. We are connected to every intricate facet of each other whether we choose to accept it or not. Every action/reaction we make is linked to all of us in one way or another. As you learn to transform your old issues through love, you also give the ability to the world to transform that issue through love. The Earth has a global library and we all have access to its books and wealth of knowledge, now everytime someone transforms or conquers a limiting situation a new book is written and added to the library, everyone and anyone has access to the lessons learnt within that book....so as a whole we all just benefited from the work of one soul transforming an aspect of their life. Since many issues are now facing us for clearing many millions of books are being added to this library and with the addition of more books comes the acquisition of more knowledge, more knowledge of our truth...thus we are ascending, we are waking up together.

Homing Instinct

USING YOUR HOMING INSTINCT
Did you know that the Arctic Tern, that lives about seven degrees
south of the North Pole, leaves its home every year and flies all the
way to Antarctica and back -- some 23,000 miles in all.
I wonder WHY the bird does that.. Is it looking for a better place to
live? Surely it must pass a LOT of good real estate between its home
seven degrees south of the North Pole and Antarctica! Can't it find
something suitable? Is Antarctica really that much better? Or, if it's
getting a little warm, why doesn't the bird just fly up to the North
Pole?
But that's not the point. The point is that the bird returns home --
home to its special place near the North Pole. It flies all that
distance and returns to just the same spot it once left. I can hardly
drive across town without getting lost -- how does it do it? Twenty
three thousand miles! But somehow, the Arctic Tern possesses the
ability to fly halfway around the globe and return home every year.
You know that the salmon leaves her little mountain stream as a
fingerling and swims, perhaps hundreds of miles, to the ocean where
she lives. Then, when it's time to lay eggs, she swims back to her
place of birth. She somehow finds just the right river, and all of the
correct tributaries and streams and creeks until she arrives home.
It's the trip of a lifetime -- one she may not survive. But she
presses on, somehow knowing just the right paths to take along the
way.
Like the arctic tern, the salmon possesses a built-in ability to find
her way home.
So it is with humans. Not in a physical sense, for many of us can't
get anywhere without a map. But we have a built-in ability to
successfully navigate the twists and turns of life.
We may pay a lot of money for counseling, but, as a good counselor
knows, it's not advice most of us need. So a skilled therapist will
help us to find the way ourselves.
When you feel lost and confused about a path you should take or a
decision to be made those answers you need you usually possess -- deep
inside. Learn to be still and listen, trust your natural guidance
system, and you can most often can find your way home again.
Are you using your homing instinct?

Suffering

When Buddhism talks about the nature of suffering, there are different levels of suffering. For example, there is the suffering that is very obvious to all of us, such as painful experiences. This we all can recognize as suffering. And there is a second level of suffering, which in ordinary terms we define as pleasurable sensations. In reality, however, these pleasurable sensations are suffering because they have the seed of dissatisfaction within them.

Basically Good

Basically Good: A Teaching by His Holiness the Dalai Lama

I believe that all human beings are of the same nature. At the mental and emotional levels we are the same. We all have the potential to become happy and nice people and we also have the potential to become very bad and harmful people. The same potential for these things is present within all of us; the important thing is to try to promote the positive and useful sides and try to reduce the negative sides.

The Mind

we are in reality a string of luminous, colored flowers of light and brilliance, forming a general radiance called an aura, which with its chakras is more real than the body which we see. And once more, we find ourselves to be a group of something.

And the deeper we peer into transcendentalism, the closer we approach an inescapable paradox -- that is, if we are anything at all, we are somehow closely related to everything.

The Unmanifested Mind is not demonstrable. The technique for studying it is. If you would see the true source of illusion, instead of living vicariously on the screen of the theatre, follow the light back through the lens of the projector. When we observe the observer, we sense several things. One is that we have been in a dream state, and must return to a dream state as long as we are in this body. We observe also that the Dream State is very real, in that it is for us the only life for us until we awaken. And it is inescapable that we must deduce that dream-life is a real manifestation of some agency within ourselves that acts as a creator. It is as though we were born with a false face, which all through life we accepted as our true face, because it was all we knew as a face, and because our friends accepted it as true. The face would literally have to fall off by accident for us to know that it was not our true self.

Each soul has a mission

. . each soul has a mission in the earth, and is in expression a manifestation of the thought of God, of the First Cause. Thus all stand upon an equal basis before Him.
Then, ye have no right to condemn self or to judge others.
Let all be done rather, then, as an appreciation of the love, the thought as may be expressed in appreciation to that Creative Force called God.
And the greater lessons may be learned from His manifested activity in the earth through Christ Jesus.

I'm Back

We just got back our power and cable after 8 long, cold, dark, depressive days without internet or music or anything.I did buy a generator 2 days before the wind hit,but it was defective, and by the time I tried to return it,all hell had broke loose with generator sales.after 4 days the maniger called me and had a replacement with my name on it,and gave it to me at the other cheaper price I had paid, saving me 90 bucks and him a customer. It was really sad how people couldnt get warm, and had to drive many miles just to fill up a plastic gas jug. Some even died because of carbon monixide poisening, right here in the town I live..most were immigrants who did not understand how deadly this invisable killer is.And couldnt read english..Maybe this will make the ones who survived learn english. Some people died putting charcole briquits in the house or oven to try and keep warm.So senceless.I do have a bone to pick with the morons who had electricity just around the corner, and put on dazzaling displays of power wastage in elaborate christmas displays ,while some of us huddled together to stay warm.Get ready western world, because this is our future if something is not done now, today, immediatly!
We must develope alternative energy sources, preferably ones that are solar and might outlast us!
Merry christmas to all,and to all, a warm night.

3 things in life

Three Most Important Things in Life
The three most important things in life are love, kindness and wisdom. If we have made these three values the priorities of our life, then our life will have been well-lived. When we die we can only have happiness when we look back and not regrets. Wealth, fame, power, status, worldly success and pleasures — these are insignificant compared to love, kindness and wisdom. Cultivate the latter. If we spend our life cultivating this trio, our birth and life will have been worthwhile; it will not have been in vain.

Old fashoned beliefs

"Yet not all my concerns have changed, and most of my convictions have only grown stronger. I still believe in the resilience of the human heart and the essential validity of love; I still believe that connections between people can be made and that the spirits which inhabit us, sometimes touch. I still believe that the cost of those connections is horribly, outrageously high...and I still believe that the value received far outweighs the price which much be paid. I still believe, I suppose, in the coming of the White and in finding a place to make a stand...and defending that place to the death. They are old-fashioned concerns and beliefs, but I would be a liar I did not admit that I still own them. And that they still own me."

Infinite Love

Infinite Love is the love of God, while Love Divine is that manifested by those in their activities who are guided by love divine. These bring Happiness and the experiences of joy; not mere pleasure, not gratification of any of the material things. But differentiate--or, as has been given--put the proper value upon the proper phases of one's experience.

Buddhist Love

Each relationship and every single encounter can be a vehicle for meaningful spiritual connection, through the transformative magic of Bodhicitta, or spiritual love. This is how we love, Buddha-style: impartial to all, free from excessive attachment or false hope and expectation; accepting, tolerant, and forgiving. Buddhist nonattachment doesn't imply complacence or indifference, or not having committed relationships or being passionately engaged with society, but rather has to do with our effort to defy change and resist the fact of impermanence and our mortality. By holding on to that which in any case is forever slipping through our fingers, we just get rope burn.

Buddhist love is based on recognizing our fundamental interconnectedness and knowing that all beings are like ourselves in wanting and needing happiness, safety, fulfillment, and not wanting suffering and misery. The Dalai Lama says, "If you want to be wisely selfish, care for others." All the happiness and virtue in this world comes from selflessness and generosity, all the sorrow from egotism, selfishness, and greed.

Active Compassion

Four Boundless Attitudes

Every single encounter can be a vehicle for meaningful spiritual connection.
The immaculate image of Buddhist love is the four-armed Avalokitsevara, known as Chenrayzig in Tibet and Kuan Yin in China. Each of his/her four arms represent one of the Four Boundless Attitudes, and each one of her four radiant faces or aspects - peaceful, magnetizing, powerful, and fierce-express one of the four styles or modes of active compassion.

The first arm of Buddhist love is maitri or lovingkindness, a boundless feeling of friendliness and wishing well for others. Maitri, or metta in the Pali language, implies friendliness: befriending and accepting yourself, your body and mind, and the world.

The second is karuna, or compassion, empathy, being moved by feeling what others feel. The third arm is upeksha, equanimity, recognizing the equality of all that lives. This recognition leads to the wisdom of detachment but not indifference or complacence, which are its near enemies.

The fourth arm is mudita, spiritual joy and satisfaction. This includes rejoicing in the virtue and success of others, -- the antidote to envy and jealousy.

Mouse balls

'If a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need a ball replacement. Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Units). Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, a replacement of mouse balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel. Before proceeding, determine the type of mouse balls by examining the underside of the mouse. Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls. Ball removal procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse. Foreign balls can be replaced using the pop off method. Domestic balls are replaced by using the twist off method.

Mouse balls are not usually static sensitive. However, excessive
handling can result in sudden discharge.

Upon completion of ball replacement, the mouse may be used immediately. It is recommended that each person have a pair of spare balls for maintaining optimum customer satisfaction. Any customer missing his balls should contact the local personnel in charge of removing and replacing these necessary items.

Please keep in mind that a customer without properly working balls is an unhappy customer

Mindfullness Practice

Shi-ne

According to the Buddhist masters, we are not necessarily stuck with our neurotic anxieties. We can develop what Trungpa Rinpoche called 'Basic Sanity,' which is simply the ability to synchronize what our mind is doing with what our body is doing.

The most basic way to train oneself to be more aware of what is actually going on in any situation, including various aspects of ones health, is a certain type of meditation practice, called shi-né (she nay) in Tibetan (Sanskrit shamatha). This term has been translated into English as "mindfulness practice"; however, a more literal translation of the Tibetan term would be "abiding in peace of mind."

Shi-né is the most common form of meditation, not only in Tibet but in other Buddhist countries. It is the basis of Zen, of Theravadin or Insight meditation, and of the Tibetan meditation practices involving visualization. It is also the basic practice of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction approach developed to help patients deal with illness.

the past
The past is already past.
Don’t try to regain it.
The present does not stay.
Don’t try to touch it.

From moment to moment.
The future has not come;
Don’t think about it
Beforehand.

Whatever comes to the eye,
Leave it be.
There are no commandments
To be kept;
There’s no filth to be cleansed.

With empty mind really
Penetrated, the dharmas
Have no life.

You’ve completed

Cleanse your mind

For how does one cleanse the mind? By the pouring out, the forgetting, the laying aside of those things that easily beset and filling same with pure, fresh water that is of the eternal life, that is of the eternal goodness as may be found in Him who is the light, the way, the truth, the vine, the bread of life and the water of life. These things are those influences that purify.

Kindness

Kindness
Right from the moment of our birth,

we are under the care

and kindness of our parents

and then later in life

when we are oppressed by sickness

and become old

we are again dependent

on the kindness of others.

Since at the beginning

and end of our lives

we are so dependent on

other's kindness, how can it be

that in the middle

we neglect kindness towards others?

Just say "Wonderful"

Dante Gabriel
Rossetti, the famous 19th Century poet and artist, was once
approached by an elderly man who asked him to look at a few of his
sketches and drawings. The gentleman wanted to know if the artist
thought they were of any value.

As gently as possible, Rossetti told the man that the sketches were
of no value and showed little talent. He apologized for the harsh
assessment but said that he believed he should be honest.

The visitor was disappointed but asked the artist if he could take a
look at just a few more, which were all done by a young art student.
Rossetti looked over the second batch of sketches and immediately
became enthusiastic over the talent they revealed. "These," he
said, "oh, these are good." He went on to say that the young student
shows much promise and should be given every help and encouragement,
as he may have a great future if he will study and work hard.

The old man was deeply moved. Rossetti asked, "Who is this fine,
young artist? Your son?"

"No," replied the visitor sadly. "It is I - forty years ago. If only
I had heard your praise then. For you see, I became discouraged and
gave up too soon."

Mother Teresa wisely said, "Kind words can be short and easy to
speak, but their echoes are truly endless." Sometimes it may be
enough to just say, "Wonderful!"

Time to Awaken

Many aeons ago, you were called together from the far reaches of this universe. You came together in large groups and each group was given very specific assignments. You were told that you would consciously forget, but your Divine mission and all its sub-assignments would be imprinted etherically as a Divine blueprint within your Sacred Heart. You would experience great diversity and many wondrous worlds, and there would be many more divisions into smaller and smaller fragments of Self. We placed within your Sacred Heart glowing seeds of love and memories of our Divine connection, one with another. There were time triggers placed within this blueprint, set to resonate deep within and trigger a Divine discontent nudging you to answer the call to “Awaken” once more. A theme would begin to play within the consciousness of those who listened, “It is time to awaken. It is time to turn inward. It is time to be lifted up and to begin the journey home.”

Jainism

A man who is averse from harming even the wind knows the sorrow of all things living. . . . He who knows what is bad for himself knows what is bad for others, and he who knows what is bad for others knows what is bad for himself. This reciprocity should always be borne in mind. Those whose minds are at peace and who are free from passions do not desire to live [at the expense of others]. . . . He who understands the nature of sin against wind is called a true sage who understands karma.

In short be who understands the nature of sin in respect of all the six types of living beings is called a true sage who understands karma.

Desire for Truth

Imagine a child sleeping next to its parents and dreaming it is being beaten or is painfully sick. The parents cannot help the child no matter how much it suffers … If the child could awaken itself, it could be freed of this suffering automatically. In the same way, one who realizes that his own Mind is Buddha frees himself instantly from sufferings arising from the ceaseless change of birth and death. If a Buddha could prevent it, do you think he would allow even one sentient being to fall into hell?

What is obstructing realization? Nothing but your own half-hearted desire for truth. Think of this and exert yourself to the utmost.

Time holds the final claim check

Time holds the final claim check for everything we gain or attain in this lifetime. All of our possessions, along with the people we love, are only loaned to us for a very short time by eternity.

And remember, you might not ever be the same as you were before the accident, but it is possible for you to be more than ever before, even with physical challenges.Use your wits girl, and you will be more than you ever dreamed..And with that,I'm going to go enjoy the last day of a special weekend I created..Muddhaa out!

Place no Faith in Time

The clock of life is wound but once,

And no man has the power

To tell just when the hands will stop

At late or early hour.

Now is the only time you own.

Live, love, toil with a will.

Place no faith in time.

For the clock may soon be still.

Reflections of the Heart

Then, keep that. For, none may tell another how to be beautiful. It must be the reflection of that entertained in the heart and mind of the individual. And as He is beauty, He is friendship, He is love, the more and the nearer individuals reflect that in their conversation, in their dealings with their fellow man, the greater the glory to Him.

The Jews are not demonstrating with their dead on the streets, yelling and chanting and asking for revenge; the Jews are not promoting brain washing the children in military training camps, teaching them how to blow themselves up and cause maximum deaths of Jews and other non-Muslims.

The Jews don't hijack planes, nor kill athletes at the Olympics; the Jews don't traffic slaves, nor have leaders calling for Jihad and death to all the Infidels.

The Jews don't have the economic strength of petroleum, nor the possibilities to force the world's media to see "their side" of the question.

Perhaps the world's Muslims should consider investing more in standard education and less in blaming the Jews for all their problems.

Earth classes

The School of Muddhaa will continue,Please wipe your fingers before entering
To begin,I suggest a breathing exercize,as you inhale, feel the breath for the first time, loving it,yet gently holding on to its lifeforce. As you exhale.let all your stress flow outward and let your troubles flow away with each passing breath! This will be a beginning.

A Little More Humble

As has been indicated, a little more patient, a little more tolerant, a little more humble. But . . .not a tolerance that becomes timid--this would make rebellion in self. Not a patience that is not positive. Not an humbleness that becomes morbid or lacking in beauty. For as orderliness is a part of thy being, so let consistency--as persistency--be a part of thy being

I seek to serve

THE MANTRA OF UNIFICATION

"The souls of men are one,
And I am one with them.
I seek to love, not hate;
I seek to serve and not exact due service;
I seek to heal, not hurt.

Let pain bring due reward of light and love.
Let the soul control the outer form,
And life, and all events.
And bring to light the Love
That underlies the happenings of the time.

Let vision come and insight.
Let the future stand revealed.
Let inner union demonstrate, out cleavages be gone.
Let love prevail.
Let all men love. "

Within the Body

For within the human body--living, not dead--living human forces--we find every element, every gas, every mineral, every influence that is outside of the organism itself. For indeed it is one with the whole. For it is not only a portion of, and equal to, and able to overcome or meet every influence within, but there is not the ability in the third dimensional force or influence to even imagine anything that isn't a part of the activity of a physical living organism!

No Regrets

You and I do not have all the answers yet. Truth is, we never will.
But if we wait for all the answers, we will never move forward.

For no regrets, the only answer that matters is...take that next
step. With courage, follow your heart's desire. The path ahead may be
dark and hazy, for we can never see far into the future. But it is
always clear enough to take one more step. And it's the way to a full
and happy life.

Helping others is best

More individuals become so anxious about their own troubles, and yet helping others is the best way to rid yourself of your own troubles. For what is the pattern? He gave up Heaven and entered physical being that ye might have access to the Father.

Servant of All

For the greater individual is the one who is the servant of all. And to conquer self is greater than taking many cities. For, here ye may find humbleness as against that which cries oft for expression, and the feeling of not being appreciated. Express it more in the greater amount of love upon those who may be aided through thy effort. For, remember, man looks upon the things of the day but God looks upon the heart.

the past

The past is already past.
Don’t try to regain it.
The present does not stay.
Don’t try to touch it.

From moment to moment.
The future has not come;
Don’t think about it
Beforehand.

Whatever comes to the eye,
Leave it be.
There are no commandments
To be kept;
There’s no filth to be cleansed.

With empty mind really
Penetrated, the dharmas
Have no life.

When you can be like this,
You’ve completed
The ultimate attainment.

Good Character

32. A man with good character is gentle, humble and free of material desires. A man with bad character is harsh, proud, and enslaved by greed. Gentleness indicates greater strength than harshness. Humility is more admirable than insolence. Freedom is always preferred to slavery.

It’s obvious. A man with good character has a better life.

Give it away

Is there really the desire to know love, or to know the experience of someone having an emotion over self? Is it a desire to be itself expended in doing that which may be helpful or constructive? This can be done, but it will require the losing of self, as has been indicated, in service for others.
. . . But arise to that consciousness that if ye would have life, if ye would have friends, if ye would have love, these things ye must expend. For only that ye give away do ye possess.

Each Soul Has a Mission

Think on This ...
. . each soul has a mission in the earth, and is in expression a manifestation of the thought of God, of the First Cause.

Edgar Cayce Reading 2683-1
